Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in activities at K9 to 5 Off-Leash Dog Park & Splash Park involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dog bites, scratches, falls, drowning, illness, property damage, and other injuries to persons and animals. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with use of the facility.
Owner Responsibilities
I agree that I am solely responsible for the supervision, behavior, and control of my dog(s) and any guests accompanying me. I will remain on site and maintain visual supervision of my dog(s) at all times unless otherwise permitted by my membership agreement.
Vaccination & Health Requirements
I certify that my dog(s) are properly vaccinated, licensed where required, free of contagious disease, and fit to participate in off-leash activities.
Pool & Water Activities
I understand there is no lifeguard on duty. Pool use is entirely at my own risk. I accept all risks associated with water activities involving my dog(s) and myself. The large pool shall have no more than 3 dogs at one time in the pool area.
Dogs Only — No Human Use
I understand that the pool and splash pad at K9 to 5 Off-Leash Dog Park & Splash Park are intended for use by dogs only. Humans are not permitted to swim, wade, or otherwise use the pool or splash pad for recreation. Entry into the water by a person is permitted only in an emergency (for example, to assist a dog in distress).
Unsupervised Facility Use
I understand that portions of the facility may be unattended and that no staff may be present during after-hours access. I accept full responsibility for myself, my dog(s), and any guests while using the facility.
Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to use the facility, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless K9 to 5 Doggie Daycare, K9 to 5 Off-Leash Dog Park & Splash Park, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the facility.
